On Saturday 9th May 2026, we welcomed patients, friends and the local community to A Taste of Prue, a special event celebrating the launch of the beautiful collection at Robert Ellin Opticians.
The day was filled with tea, cakes, conversation and colour as guests explored the full collection of distinctive frames inspired by ’s unmistakable style and personality.
As we also begin celebrating 40 years of Robert Ellin Opticians serving Droitwich Spa, the event marked the start of an exciting new chapter for the practice under new ownership by husband-and-wife Optometrist Directors Maheen and Suhail.
Guests enjoyed browsing the full Specs by Prue collection, complimentary tea and cakes, exclusive event offers, and a charity raffle supporting Droitwich CVS. The day created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where visitors could meet the team, try on frames and enjoy discovering independent eyewear styling.
Most importantly, it gave us the opportunity to celebrate with the wonderful community that continues to support our independent practice.
We would like to thank everyone who attended, shared the event, donated to the raffle and helped make the day such a success.
